And another great time shopping Crimson & Clover.
Geez. It's becoming a bad habit. Every Friday for the last month or so, I've been stopping by the Crimson & Clover shop, "just to have a peek." Well, peeks turn into finds, and finding, well, that turns into me spending money. Not loads of money mind you, because this store has ridiculouly low prices on beautiful, pristine vintage and remarkably one-of-a-kind home made jewelry. I won't mention the two pairs of Ferragamos calmly sitting in a corner, taunting me with their thrift store prices. Bastards, Ferragamos. The least your perfect condition soles could do is be in my shoe size, but whatevers.
Last Friday, I met my home-girl Kerry D there to do a little "peeking." The place wasn't crowded, but full enough of some cool people. There was a Swedish vixen, an English lady and god-knows who else, all drawn to the C&C by the deliriously fantastic vintage selection in this cute, cute boutique. Did I mention it was cute? Here, let me show you:
WhatdItellya? Cute.
Kara, one of the two lovely proprietresses of the place, is always warm and friendly. She let me take a picture of her, so I could show you how adorable SHE is. And her shoes.
And speaking of adorable, how do you like Kerry in her new hat?
Below: not quite the flattering photo of me, but I like the sign a lot. Kerry took over camera operations for awhile and got some good shots. There will be more of Kerry's pics, over at her blog Fashion, Farms and Freedom
Wishing you all a very happy Monday, amigos & amigas!
