The Karina Chronicles + GIVEAWAY

I AM A WINNER! A few months ago, one of my sponsors, Karina Dresses, ran a contest on their Facebook page. They were looking to name their new blog. Lots of ladies turned in their ideas, and I did too. And you know what? My suggestion  won!

According to the blog editor, bloggeress extraordinaire Sarah Von B: if your Karina dress were a blog it would be The Karina Chronicles. Like the dresses, the blog is funny, smart, helpful + stylish.  The Karina Chronicles has a great series of interviews called women we love,  + gives you all sorts of helpful hints,  even providing piles of interesting links to help you avoid work on Fridays.  How considerate of them!  You can befriend the Karina Chronicles on Twitter or Facebook or even subscribe to the RSS feed.

The prize for the contest (besides the satisfaction of naming a blog) was a Karina Dress. Since I want a closet of these easy-to-wear dresses, I couldn't wait to place my order. And I found the perfect Karina dress for me- it's the cat's meow!

BEHOLD THE DRESS: I ordered the sleeveless Marissa, in an animal print. (You can order it too, right HERE.) I ordered a size M/L, as I am normally sized 10-14, but there's plenty of stretch in the fabric, so I think I could have done better with a size SMALL (how ego flattering!) I absolutely adore the animal print.

Already I see lots of outfits centering around this dress. The fabric is thick, drapes nicely + is quite breathable. This dress is super comfy to wear, plus the fact that the fabric doesn't cling to my "love handles" makes bonus points. Karina Dresses are well suited to a woman's body.

And now for more fun!

Karina Dresses is hosting a GIVE AWAY to my readers! YOU can win a Karina Dress of YOUR choice by entering. Click HERE to enter.
Follow the instructions, leave a comment + cross your fingers.

The contest ends noon, Pacific Standard Time, December 1st. I'll announce the winner over at SHOPTHECITIZEN, December 2nd. Good luck!

Unfortunately for my international readers + friends, the contest is open to U.S. residents only.

If you can't wait for the contest to end, and you'd like to make your own Karina chronicle, check out the online shop HERE. And my Rosebuds, be sure to enter the coupon code ROSC30 to get $30 off your Karina purchase.

It's a really awesome dress. I love how you've styled it here. I always associate leopard with punk rockishness (I totally just made up a word), but it looks really edgy and feminine at the same time. Such a good outfit!

Congrats on winning!
