outfit post: Black Western

Feeling a bit western here. The trigger?  The latest score from This n' That Gift and Thrift which was this Michael Howard vintage black felt hat. I don't know the name of it, but it looks pretty spiffy to me.

You won me over with the colors themselves - nothing more suave than black & red! That too put together so effortlessly & stylishly by one of the snazziest dressers I know!! Bull's eye! :)

P.S.: Special mention of the plaid case & the wool necklace..........love! :))

Love it! I love basic black, and the pops of red you added were genius. You look gorgeous... and now I want to go to a rodeo or something.

That totally reminds me of the hats DVF sent down the runway. Gorgeous!

PLAID ME PLAID Me!! I love it Bella, I think I'll have to do a theme for my future V+V post with vintage bags/or belts. You're invited of course. My grandfather has tons of these cool hats, like yours. The hat sort of looks a bit like a Townsend, with the string or a Stetson bozeman type, without seeing it upclose. hehe! -xo

Loving the tassel necklace! It's so "on trend". I hear Prada's doing them too. Like yours better.
