I think this outfit is better than last years... and that's a huge compliment. I'm glad I wasn't' the only one that spent the day with my bf drinking beers and hanging out. I'm sure you read my rant and know how I feel about the 4th, especially the driving portion. Although, you got to light off sparklers which I will forever be jealous of.

The only thing our 4th of July was missing was sparklers! Such fun! I love the tights too :)

Great photos with the sparklers! The patterns work really well. I'm assuming they were done using a delayed exposure?
That dress is very unique, and I like the little striped hat.

Thank you all for the comments. The photos were taken on my Rebel xsi on auto, or night portrait. I used a remote (which wasn't working properly) then just shot with a timer. We kept our bodies still while moving the sparklers as much as possible. Always a lot of fun!
