Tell Me

Tell Me, Is the Rose Naked?

Tell me, is the rose naked
Or is that her only dress?

                                       Why do trees conceal
                                        the splendor of their roots?
                                       Who hears the regrets
                                       of the thieving automobile?

Is there anything in the world sadder
than a train standing in the rain?

                            -Pablo Neruda

What I small world! I just discovered Lisa's blog yesterday...and it's amazing. She's a beauty and a half who has amazing style. Blogs about it on her awesome Starship Narcissus blogspot. Just learned TODAY that she is from my hometown. Can't wait to meet!
